**Performance Based Contract for the Maintenance of UKASI - BANGALI (A3) Road (ALL)**.   - Copy of PBC Certificate for at least one Director
- Other eligibility/compliance: similar previous experience, qualified professional personnel, current workload; max two tenders per bidder but only one may be awarded; directors bidding for the same tender via different companies disqualified; ongoing works as of closing date exclude eligibility; must be registered in indicated NCA category; comply with PPADA Section 157 (preferences); canvassing leads to disqualification; foreign bidders must meet 40% local input requirement.
