## Summary

#### Overview
**ThisTender is for a performance-based contract for the maintenance of road lighting on Ole Sereni – Ngong Road Interchange (A8S) Road (all sections).** Eligible bidders are construction companies registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in Electrical classes and with EPRA in Class A, B or C; the contract covers maintenance (with possible rehabilitation/improvement works) funded through the Road Maintenance Fuel Levy Fund.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory bid documents to submit with the bid:
  - Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
  - Copy of valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (Electrical classes)
  - Copy of valid EPRA Annual Practising Licence (Electrical classes)
  - Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate
  - Copy of recent CR 12 form (issued within 6 months)
  - Serialisation of all tender pages
  - Copy of PBC Certificate for at least one Director
- Other eligibility and qualification criteria:
  - Similar previous experience; qualified technical personnel; current workload
  - Bidder limits: maximum two tenders per bidder; directors of awarded bidders in FY 2025-2026 ineligible to bid; JV rules apply; local content and national registrations required (NCA, EPRA, tax)
  - Foreign bidders must meet 40% local input requirement
  - NCA registration required to undertake contract if awarded
  - Compliance with PPADA and Competition Act provisions; no canvassing
- Documentation for JV if applicable; Form of Joint Venture Agreement or Intent to Execute
