## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of on-site pH meter calibration services for ARC’s Onderstepoort facilities.** Bidders should have calibration capabilities, SANAS accreditation, and be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). The work is to calibrate a pH meter on site at the ARC Onderstepoort Veterinary Institute.

#### Requirements
- SANAS accreditation for calibration, with proof included.
- CSD registration number and full CSD report with bid submission.
- Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms, including the revised SBD4 (and Annexure A).
- Delivery/perform calibration at the ARC Institute address: 100 Old Soutpan Road, Onderstepoort, Pretoria.
- Quotation validity: 60 days; prices in ZAR, VAT inclusive, delivery and related costs included.
- Demonstrate ability to calibrate at pH 4, 7, 9 and 10 and provide proof of capabilities.
- Specific goals/governance: provide evidence for ownership by HDIs, Women, Youth, PwD, BEE status, and SMME/RDP goals as applicable; complete the preference points form.
