#### Requirements

- At least two reference letters (not older than 5 years) from commercial/corporate clients.
- Attendance at mandatory briefing session; completion of forms in SBD 6.1 (preference points) and SDB4 disclosure; adherence to safety requirements (Safety File approval and site access certificate; safety induction).
- Capability to work on more than one HSRC site; documented QA/quality controls; submission of job cards, material receipts, and invoices; photos of works (before/during/after).
- Maintenance execution: Planned and corrective work, with monthly safety/QA audits and a service level agreement; defined response times and penalties for non-compliance.
