- Provide energy-efficient units with specified features (e.g., 12,000 BTU cooling/heating, remote, LED display, 24-hour timer, dehumidification, ability to fit through standard doors, and ability for delivery personnel to enter a BSL-3 lab).
- Address special delivery restrictions and biosafety compliance (BSL-3 regulations; no lifts; carry through stairs; avoid contact with cloven-hoofed animals after visiting the facility).
