## Summary

#### Overview
**ACSA invites expressions of interest to design, supply, install, integrate, commission, support, decommission, test processing capacity, manage and maintain an integrated aviation security screening solution across the Airports Company South Africa network for an estimated 10-year lifecycle.** The scope covers 3D cabin baggage CT X-ray, automated lanes, goods screening, full-body scanners, archway detectors, centralized remote screening, and related IT/cybersecurity, with compliance to SACAA/TSA/ECAC standards and SAHPRA radiation safety.

#### Requirements
- End-to-end capability: design, supply, installation, integration, commissioning, training, testing, maintenance, decommissioning. 
- Certifications and standards: TSA/ECAC, CE electrical safety, ISO (quality/safety), radiation safety (SAHPRA). 
- Technical/scoping: 3-phase delivery (3 years design/installation/commissioning/decommissioning; 2 years on-site warranty; 5 years maintenance); FAT/SAT; 45-day processing-capacity testing window; 60-day IT data retention; cyber-security and remote monitoring; TIP integration; cross-lane/remote operation.
- Capacity/space: CSP floor space to be provided; minimum queue width 1.2m; design to exceed current airport processing rates with modular, scalable layouts.
- Maintenance: separate 5-year maintenance contract; TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP evaluation; spares, MTTR, staff training.
- Scope specifics: ATR, 3D X-ray CT baggage, full-body scanners, goods screening, remote screening room, IT integration with CCTV/alarms/baggage systems.
