## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ for PYEI and Travel Audit Services** to collect, organise and reconcile all supporting evidence for NYDA’s Presidential Youth Employment Initiative (PYEI) disbursements and associated travel expenditure. Suitable bidders are service providers with a Chartered Accountant (SA) registered with SAICA and a Registered Auditor (IRBA), who are compliant on SARS/CSD, and able to commence immediately. Submissions must be sent by email to Quotations2@nyda.gov.za before 16 Oct 2026, 17:00 (see attached RFQ).

#### Requirements
- Team lead: Chartered Accountant (SA) registered with SAICA and as Registered Auditor (IRBA); proof of registration required.
- Required staff qualifications: Data collection/reconciliation staff and document/data-capture staff must have completed accredited accounting or auditing articles training; proof for all team members.
- Tax/compliance: bidders must be tax compliant; provide SARS PIN/TCS and CSD number as applicable; include CSD verification or SARS status.
- Tender documentation: complete and submit SBD1, SBD4 (Bidders Disclosure), and the pricing schedule; sign the contract on SBD7 if awarded; BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit) to claim points.
- Registrations: CSD membership or equivalent and SARS e-filing status; proof must accompany bid.
- Other: no bids from persons in the state's service; adhere to PPPFA 80/20 or 90/10 (as applicable) with specific goals (Youth Owned 10 points, Women Owned 5, Disabilities 5).
