**Printing of Stats in Brief 2025 – 3,000 copies to be produced according to a detailed specification.** Bidders should have printing/production capability (design, proofing, printing, finishing, and delivery) and be able to meet the specific goals for HDI ownership. #### Requirements
- Complete and return SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Form) with the quotation (SBD4 & SBD-6.1-IN-TERMS-OF-PPR2022-3.pdf; SBD forms referenced in the RFQ).
- Provide a valid e-filing Tax Clearance Certificate and certified copies of ID documents and company registration.
- Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide the CSD Master registration number (MAAA).
- Demonstrate compliance with the HDI-specific goals and provide documentary proof for each claimed goal (race, gender, youth, disability) as applicable (as per the Specific Goals table in the RFQ).
- Adhere to the 80/20 price–points framework, with 80 points for price and 20 for specific goals (as per the RFQ and SBD/PPR guidance). The exact points for each goal are specified in the attached documents (see SBD 6.1 and RFQ materials).
