**Procure and deliver an EliteBook 8 G1i 14-inch Notebook to the IDT Head Office under a SITA contract.** Bidders should be IT hardware suppliers with government procurement experience, able to meet SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 requirements, and provide valid National Treasury Central Supplier Database and SARS Tax Compliance information.

#### Requirements
- Hardware specifications for the EliteBook 8 G1i 14" notebook (Windows 11 Pro, Intel Core Ultra 7 255U, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB NVMe, 14" 2.5K display, Wi‑Fi 7, 65 W charger, 1-year warranty with 3 years offsite support). Documented in (PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY FOR LAPTOP AND PROJECT.pdf).
- Compliance documents: National Treasury Central Supplier Database number, Unique SARS Tax Compliance Pin (with valid letter), SDB 4, SDB 6.1.
- Price must be inclusive of VAT and valid for at least 30 days after closing.

- RFQ may be withdrawn/cancelled at IDT’s discretion; no queries 12 hours prior to closing.
- Preference points system: 80/20, with specific goals for Women, Youth, People with Disabilities, Black People.
