#### Requirements
- Board Portal Software with: digital board packs, MS Teams/365 integration, e-signatures, task tracking, secure messaging, audit trails, multi-committee support, board directory, offline access, voting/approvals, and comprehensive security controls (RBAC, 2FA, encryption at rest/in transit, DR/backup, IDS, VPN, logging).
- Compliance: alignment with Companies Act, PFMA, POPIA, GDPR; King IV/King V governance.
- Security/Data: AES-256, MFA, data sovereignty with certified data centers; audits and vulnerability testing.
- Qualifications: Project Lead with 5+ years in board portal implementations; NQF level 6 in IT or PM; SAQA-logged foreign qualifications if applicable.
- Experience: minimum three public-sector reference letters (last 5 years) with contracts/awards.
- Deliverables: 36-month implementation plan, onboarding/training, system testing, feedback/close-out; robust support/maintenance proposal.
- Pre-qualifications: register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); tax clearance compliance.
- Financial: pricing in Annex D; VAT-inclusive; separate quote on company letterhead.
