- Technical scope: supply 21 sanitary bins, weekly servicing and disposal, replace any broken equipment, 50 micron liners weekly, seven-day service cycle, 24-hour remedial action, and 3-hour urgent response.
- Quality, safety, and governance: adherence to OSH standards, PPE and uniforms, appropriate vehicle branding, and compliance with GCC/GCC-based Special Conditions; contract duration 24 months with performance security.
