#### Overview
**Procurement of 2 new funicular cable railway cabins for carriage of passengers, associated goods and related services.** The supplier will provide two cabins, machinery and linear equipment, traction power system, control command equipment, fast battery charging system at terminal stations, main spare parts, wearing and consumables spare parts, maintenance, repair and diagnostic tools, and services including personnel training and commissioning. The contract is funded under the Ukraine Urban Public Transport project with the European Investment Bank; bidders with rolling-stock/rail systems experience and compliance with EU battery standards are invited. Specific eligibility criteria are in the tender documents.

#### Requirements
- Supply of 2 cabins with associated goods and services (2 years maintenance, main spare parts, diagnostic tools, technical documentation, commissioning and training).
- Batteries: fast rechargeable, corrosion protection; batteries compliant with Directive 2006/66/EC.
- Tender security of EUR 100,000 (or equivalent).
- Delivery milestones: first delivery within 18 months; completion within 79 weeks from advance payment receipt.
- Incoterms: EXW/CIP; VAT and duties paid by the Contracting Authority.
- Tender documents free; compliance with EIB environmental and social standards.
