## Summary

**Procurement of a duplex medical air plant for KNH—design, supply and installation of the plant and equipment.** This is an Open National tender. #### Requirements
- Tenderers may bid as a single firm or a joint venture; JV members are jointly liable.  
- Tenderers must not have conflicts of interest, and must comply with fraud, corruption and debarment rules; include a Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.  
- Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of contract inputs from Kenyan suppliers; provide evidence.  
- Tax clearance certificate required; eligibility and qualifications documented per Sections III–IV.  
- Plant and installation services must meet eligibility, conformity and subcontractor requirements; detailed price schedules and submission of Form of Tender, security, and joint venture documents are required.
