**The RAF seeks to procure a Legal Claims Resolution Platform including 12 months of support and maintenance.** The platform must support end-to-end legal claims management (merit assessment, liability, settlement processing, conflict claims, negligence apportionment), case/file management, document generation and signing, audit trails, and integration readiness with RAF systems (e.g., Guidewire) and digital signatures.
