**Procurement of a Queue Management System for the Western Cape Government.** This RFB by SITA seeks a one-year, turnkey Queue Management System (QMS) including hardware, software, connectivity, and maintenance for multiple Western Cape sites, delivered as a Software as a Service style arrangement. #### Requirements
- OEM/OSM status or direct accreditation with an OEM/OSM; evidence dated within 12 months; reseller/partner-only arrangements are not eligible. (Annexure 5b)
- Experience: lease of a QMS to at least one customer with a minimum of five sites in the last five years; include reference letters. (Annexure 5b)
- Technical: complete and substantiate all Technical Functional/Product Requirements via Annex B (Addendum 1); provide system architecture/diagrams; minimum six core functions plus the optional non-core function for a higher score. (Annexure 5b)
- Special Conditions: acceptance of GCC and SCC; sign the compliance/acceptance declarations; optional audit rights and data/confidentiality provisions apply. (Annexure 5b)
- Data sovereignty/compliance: GDPR/Safe Harbour compliant; confidentiality obligations and data handling in line with POPIA. (Annexure 5b)
