#### Requirements
- Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (MAAA) and a Compliant Tax Status (SARS PIN if non-compliant).
- Signed and fully completed RFQ document (page 2).
- Signed and completed SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6 including MAAA.
- Company profile with IT experience.
- CSD number or Tax Compliance Status (PIN) in line with the tender’s prequalification rules; BBBEE certificate or affidavit for preference points, with supporting documents if claiming specific goals (CSD report, IDs, lease docs, etc.).
