## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of 14,590 Zimbra licences, provision of professional support for the Zimbra Email System, upgrade of the email system and review, upgrade and scaling of hosting infrastructure.** This is a World Bank–financed KDEAP procurement open to ICT/hosting vendors capable of licensing, supporting, and scaling enterprise email infrastructure (Zimbra).

#### Requirements
- Eligible bidders per World Bank procurement rules; JV allowed with representative; no conflicts of interest.
- Bid security of Kes. 4 Million (or equivalent) and validity as specified in the ITB (28 days after bid validity) (Tender Document).
