**Procurement of an Occupational and Environmental Radiation Protection Dosimetry Service for NRF iThemba LABS, for a period of 5 months.** Bidders should have radiation dosimetry capabilities (occupational and environmental), be able to report to the National Dose Register, and meet South African procurement rules (PPPFA 2022 80/20, CSD registration, BBBEE).

#### Requirements
- Provide occupational dosimetry (Hp0.07, Hp10) and environmental dosimetry (TLD/OSL) using Thermoluminescent or OSL dosimeters.  
- Notify iThemba LABS when dosimeters are ready, prepare for courier collection, and provide packing/waybill details.  
- Supply electronic dose results (CSV) and invoices; report to the National Dose Register as required.  
- Administrative/compliance: submit B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; complete SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; provide CSD Summary Report; proof of registration as a Radiation Protection Dosimetry Service provider on the National Dose Register; minimum three written references (60-month max, 36-month min).  
- PPPFA compliance; tax/compliance verification via CSD PIN.
