**Procurement of a commercial legal service provider specializing in commercial and corporate law to initiate arbitration proceedings on behalf of MMSEZ SOC for a period of twelve (12) months.** MMSEZ SOC seeks an experienced firm to initiate and manage arbitration against DPE, including legal representation, advice, document drafting, and coordination with external counsel.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrable arbitration experience: 5+ matters in arbitration in the last 10 years (highest scoring), with leading attorney and junior support personnel CVs and qualifications.  
- Lead Legal Professional: admitted attorney, LLB (certified copies), and a brief CV showing 10 years’ post-admission arbitration experience.  
- Two key support personnel: LLB or BCom Law, ≥3 years’ experience; CVs and certified qualifications.  
- Client references: ≥3 relevant reference letters from entities for similar services (client letterhead, not older than 5 years).  
- Implementable arbitration plan: a written measures document (max 8 pages) outlining risk analysis, in-house skills transfer, drafting/regulatory controls.  
- Administrative/compliance: tax-compliant, CSD registration or SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; SBD forms signed; returnable documents completed.  
- Special conditions: willingness to sign an SLA; potential interviews; supplier due diligence; registration on CSD if not already.  
- Preference points: 80/20 system; specific goals with evidence (e.g., Limpopo location, Black ownership, Women, Youth, etc.).
