#### Overview
**Procurement of Domain Name System (DNS) Security Managed Services for five years (1 year implementation and 4 years maintenance and support).** Eskom invites bids from IT security/managed service providers with DNS security expertise (DNSSEC, DNS monitoring, DNS logging) and related network-security capabilities to deploy on purpose-built hardware and manage Eskom’s DNS and time-critical services across the enterprise. Bidders should have enterprise-grade DNS security delivery experience and relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Quality Management System). 

#### Requirements
- Complete bid with all annexures and the complete Pricing Schedule (Annexures A–U; notably Annexure M) and adherence to Eskom standard tender conditions.
- Demonstrate a Supplier Quality Management System (ISO 9001) with a Quality Plan/Quality Control Plan and evidence of QMS in operation (Annexure P; QCP/ITP templates in Annexure P).
- Complete the Third-Party Security Risk Assessment Questionnaire and related data protection, security controls, and insurance considerations (Annexure S; Annexure Q; Annexure T).
- Address CPA/local content, SBDs and PPPFA pref. points, and PAYE/tax questionnaire (Annexures E, F, H, I, J, K).
- Provide professional services and security services capabilities for DNS, DNSSEC, DHCP, FTP/TFTP, HTTP/HTTPS, NTP, with hardware-based implementation and 5-year horizon (1+4 years).
- Comply with Eskom SHE requirements and SDL&I considerations (Annexures O, Q).
- Use Eskom eTendering portal for submission; refer to the training/manual (Annexure V).
