**Procurement of Dynamic Navision Services for a period of 12 Months.** The SIU seeks licenses (10 new Dynamic Nav 2017 licenses and renewal for 17 existing full licenses) plus 140 consulting hours, and must engage a prime Microsoft Dynamics partner capable of implementing Microsoft Finance and related ERP modules (with references).

#### Requirements
- Proof of National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) summary report and CSD tax status compliant.  
- Conformance to the Scope of Work/Terms of Reference (ToR).  
- Administrative compliance: ID copies of company directors; CIPC registration; SARS PIN; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for 80/20 scoring); fully completed and signed RFQ including SBD4 and 6.1.  
- Demonstrated ability to supply Navision services as specified (Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2017) and deliver the stated license counts and consulting hours; must be a prime Microsoft business partner with capability to implement Microsoft Finance and ERP modules.
