## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of five Samsung Galaxy A26 smartphones for asset verification.** The devices will be used by the University of Fort Hare Assets Management Unit to support asset verification via the Ducharme Dynamic Verify Application. Suitable ICT/hardware suppliers may bid, subject to minimum specifications, warranty, and UFH SCM rules including CSD registration, tax clearance, and BBBEE.

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is compulsory.
- Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Ability to supply five Samsung Galaxy A26 smartphones meeting minimum technical specs (Android, 6 GB RAM, 128 GB storage, MicroSD, octa-core, 50 MP rear camera, 13 MP front, 5,000 mAh, 4G/5G, NFC, GPS, USB-C, fingerprint, Wi-Fi, etc.) and 24-month manufacturer warranty (as per SCM specification).
- Delivery to Asset Management Unit, Finance Department, 1 King William’s Town Road, Alice 5700.
- Quote must comply with UFH SCM policy; price validity of 90 days; no late quotes.
- Quotation to be submitted on company letterhead with required pricing and compliance documentation (including Pricing Schedule, SBD forms).
