**Procurement of Labware LIMS Support Services.** Mintek invites proposals for a 12-month Labware LIMS support contract, open to Labware LIMS resellers/partners with proven LIMS support experience. Bidders should cover 1st–3rd line support, remote and onsite delivery, knowledge transfer, and SLA-driven service delivery, with Mintek hosting the LIMS infrastructure at 200 Malibongwe Drive, Randburg.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated capability to provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line Labware LIMS support, plus a defined Team Structure, SLA, and technical approach.
- At least two resources with 5+ years of Labware LIMS experience (CVs and qualifications required) and at least two resources with ITIL or equivalent service management credentials.
- Minimum three Labware LIMS reference letters (not older than 5 years).
- Compliance documentation: CSD registration, tax clearance/pin (and JV/CSD requirements if a consortium), VAT registration; pricing and business documents per SBD standards.
- Ability to provide both remote and onsite support (Gauteng preferred); after-hours support at a quoted rate; monthly SLA meetings and knowledge transfer throughout the contract.
- Compliance with broader GCC terms (insurance, OHSA, WCP, etc.) as applicable to the contract; adherence to PPPFA 80/20 evaluation, with 70+ functionality points required to progress to price/goal evaluation. (MTK 11/2026 Tender Document)
