## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of two pharmaceutical-grade Clean Steam Generators (CSGs) for OBP’s GMP manufacturing facility, to be delivered as a turnkey design, fabrication, supply, installation, commissioning, validation support and documentation package.** The scope covers process design, FAT/SAT, qualification, training and long-term support for GMP-critical applications.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated GMP-regulated pharmaceutical experience; minimum 2 reference letters not older than 5 years.
- At least five pharmaceutical CSG installations in the last ten years; provide 5 reference letters (signed/stamped).
- At least 3 reference sites with contactable clients.
- CIDB requirements: minimum grading of 02 ME; active CIDB registration; joint ventures allowed with combined qualifications meeting the scope.
- SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure; CSD registration; OBP E-Procurement portal registration; online submission only.
- BBBEE: valid certificate showing at least 51% black ownership; at least 30% women ownership; disability documentation as applicable.
- Technical/operational capabilities: certified pressure vessel designers, qualified welders, automation/validation specialists; local engineering, commissioning and after-sales support; long-term product support (min 15 years) and 24/7 after-sales.
- Documentation and process: detailed technical proposal, process design philosophy, general arrangement drawings, P&IDs, data sheets, control system architecture, PLC/HMI descriptions, validation plans, ITP/QAP, HSE, project programme, and a clearly itemized commercial proposal.
- Warranty and after-sales: minimum 24 months from commissioning (or 36 months from delivery, whichever longer); spare parts, training and maintenance contracts.
