## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks to procure Novasina salt solution capsules for NMISA’s Temperature Laboratory, consisting of 2 units of SAL-SC 11 and 1 unit of SAL-SC 75.** Bidders should be suppliers of laboratory consumables capable of supplying Novasina products. Quotation must include SBD forms and a BBBEE certificate.

#### Requirements
- Complete and submit SBD forms (SBD4 and SBD6.1) with the bid.
- Attach a BBBEE certificate if pricing exceeds R2,000.
- Provide a Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary with supplier registration number and unique registration number.
- Quotations must be on company letterhead and remain firm/valid for at least 30 days.
- Clearly indicate the delivery period.
- Submit pricing and specifications as per the attached product sheet (see Novasina Salt.pdf).
