- Payment terms: 30 days from date of receipt of invoice (Section A) and 45 days from invoice submission (Section 15).
- Goods must be new and not reused.
- Documents to submit: Section B completion; copies of Business Registration Certificate, Trading Licence, Annual Tax Clearance Certificate; list of recent Government contracts; and any other documents requested (Section B).
- Quotations must be sealed, include the Procurement Number, and be delivered to the Tender Box at the Procurement and Disposal Unit, Zomba Central Hospital.
- Authorized signature required; firm must not engage in corrupt practices; adherence to General Conditions of Contract for Local Purchase Orders.
