**Procurement of a Pricing, Costing Framework and Tool for DBSA for a two-year period, to be delivered by a service provider with pricing, costing and/or software development capabilities.** Bidders should be South African entities or compliant with SA procurement rules and have capabilities in professional services or IT/software delivery, with DBSA’s general requirements met (CSD registration, SARS tax compliance) and BBBEE verification.

#### Requirements
- South African bidders must meet DBSA’s general bidding requirements (CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, BBBEE verification).
- Submit on official forms; attach Annexure A (Price Proposal) and other compulsory returnables as listed (Annexures A-I).
- If bidding as a consortium, each entity must provide separate proof of TCS/PIN/CSD where applicable.
- Compliance with tax, CSD and BBBEE provisions for all parties; SA bidders may use TCS/PIN or CSD numbers as applicable.
