**Procurement of Services for Collection, Transportation, Clearing and Delivery of Personal Effects from Door-To-Door by Sea.** Bids are invited from Mauritian nationals or Mauritius-incorporated entities. The contract covers international door-to-door movement of personal effects for Mauritius diplomatic missions, including packing, sea transport, customs clearance and final delivery, with associated storage as needed (origin/destination). Suitable bidders are logistics/relocation providers with demonstrated experience in international moving and customs clearance.

#### Requirements
- Eligibility: Mauritian national or entity incorporated in Mauritius; prequalification not carried out; no conflict of interest; joint ventures allowed with signatories and in‑scope liability; must not be associated with design/consultants in bid docs.
- Qualifications: minimum average annual volume; at least two service contracts of similar scope in last 3–5 years; required equipment; contract manager with 5+ years’ relevant experience; adequate liquidity/credit facilities as specified.
- Compliance: anti‑corruption and ethics provisions; tax clearance for contracts above Rs5M; performance security if awarded; bid security not always required but a Bid Securing Declaration may be used; currency/translation and bid validity rules apply.
- Documentation: English language bids; complete Form of Bid, Qualification Information, priced Activity Schedule, etc.

#### How to Apply
- Documents to obtain/complete: Bid Submission Form, Qualification Information, Priced Activity Schedule, Section III–VIII documents (as per BDS). Local inputs in Mauritian Rupees; no price index adjustments unless indicated.
- Deadline and venue: submissions due 11 November 2026 by 10:30 hours; bid box, Level 10, Newton Tower, Port Louis; bid opening at 10:45 on 11 November 2026 at the same location.
- Submission method: sealed two inner envelopes and one outer envelope; mark originals and copies; address for submission to The Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Port Louis.
