## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of VMware Enterprise License Products Agreement including upgrades, installations, configurations, maintenance and support for a period of 36 months for the Department of Water and Sanitation.** The State Information Technology Agency (SITA) invites open bids from ICT vendors who are accredited VMware partners/resellers, with SA tax/compliance registrations (CSD, SARS TCS) and BBEE status, to supply 480 VMware licenses across eight DWS regional offices, plus upgrades, implementation, and ongoing maintenance for three years.

#### Requirements
- Must be a registered/accredited VMware Partner/Reseller (provide evidence in Annex A).
- Must have delivered VMware upgrades/installations, configurations, maintenance and support to at least two customers in the past five years (include referees in Annex A).
- Must comply with tax and supplier registration requirements: SARS PIN/TCS, CSD, and BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit).
- Must accept Government Procurement General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and the Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) and complete the compliance declarations.
- If a joint venture/consortium/sub-contractor structure is proposed, provide details and ensure required attendance at briefings where applicable (briefing is not mandatory for this RFB; note in attached doc).
