#### Requirements
- Accredited VMware/Broadcom Partner/Reseller with valid accreditation letter/certificate.
- Up-to-date Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration; provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number; if part of a joint venture, each party must submit separate TCS/CSD.
- Complete SBD documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; include BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; where applicable, complete SBD 6.2 for local production.
- Pricing must be VAT-inclusive and cover 24 months maintenance for 352 licenses; submit using Annexure B (Compliance & Costing) with the attached Excel template.
