#### Requirements
- Valid registration with a recognized professional body (SAIA or equivalent) and proof of Fidelity Fund Certificate or professional indemnity insurance.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; if no TCS, provide CSD number; separate TCS for each consortium party.
- Returnable documents: completed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9), company profile, SARS PIN, company registrations, CSD summary, SAIA registration, and FFC/PII.
- Demonstrated experience: minimum of 4+ municipal/public sector asset auctions; CVs for lead auctioneer and key team; evidence of past appointment letters and references.
- Pricing: clear schedule showing commission on gross sales and explicit disclosure of any disbursements (marketing, cataloging, venue).
- Compliance: bid submission must be on official forms; no bids from state officials; attention to specific goal documentation for B-BBEE/LOC contributions.
