#### Requirements
- A company profile demonstrating competency in Labour Law and the stated scope of work.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering these services.
- Written/verifiable references on company letterhead for similar labour-relations work in the last 36 months.
- Proof of registration as an employer-organisation service provider.
- Bidder located in Gauteng (proof of address).
- SCM/compliance documents (to be submitted): Central Supplier Database report/summary, completed SBD 4, completed SBD 6.1, BBBEE certificate (or sworn affidavit), and valid tax pin with compliant tax status.
