## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of professional printing and production services for Castle Control Board marketing materials.** Open to qualified printing and graphics providers with capacity for banners, backdrops, X-banners, business cards, information boards, and brochures, and with due tax & supplier registration compliance. Bids will be evaluated on an 80/20 basis (price vs specific goals, incl. HDIs, women, youth, persons with disabilities, and RDP/SMME objectives).

#### Requirements
- Prequalification and compliance: Tax clearance; Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9; Central Supplier Database report; Company registration; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; three reference letters (not older than 36 months).  
- Technical scope: Print and production of feather/teardrop banners, backdrop banners, X-banners, business cards, information board, and brochures with specified dimensions and print specs.  
- Other: Bid validity 90 days; no compulsory briefing session; adherence to GCC; confidentiality and anti-fronting considerations; tax compliance to be maintained for the contract term.

#### How to Apply
- Deadline: submissions must be received by 17 September 2026 at 10:00; late bids will not be accepted (hardcopy).  
- Submission method: hardcopy in a sealed envelope or via post to Castle Control Board, Castle of Good Hope, Corner Castle & Darling Street, Cape Town 8001; bid box available 09:30–16:00 (reference CCB 2026/09/01).
