- Mandatory credentials and governance: directors and key personnel CVs; Law Practice Council good standing; Fidelity Fund; CIPRO certificate; proof of office within Western Cape (within 300 km of OW offices); CSD registration; SBD 1, SBD 3.3, and SBD 4 submissions; BBBEE verification or sworn affidavit; authority to sign (proof if foreign-based). - Professional scope and capability: experience in Commercial and Civil Litigation, Labour and Employment Law, Constitutional/Administrative/Corporate/Customary/ Governance Law; ability to act as legal advisor and company secretary; representation at CCMA, Labour Court/Appellate Court; drafting opinions and pleadings.
