**Procurement of branded Promotional Items for Statistics South Africa, including 500 Black Executive Golf T-shirts, 4,000 White Squeeze Water Bottles, and 4,000 Black Lanyards, to be delivered to Isibalo House, Salvokop, Pretoria.** Open to suppliers of promotional merchandise able to supply firm prices and meet delivery requirements.

#### Requirements
- Firm prices only; prices must be per Annexure B (Pricing Schedule – Firm Prices) and be valid for the stated period.
- All line-item prices exclusive of VAT; grand total inclusive of VAT; VAT charged only by SARS-registered vendors.
- Complete the Pricing Schedule (Annexure B) and note any deviations if not to specification.
- Include delivery period and specify whether delivery is firm; delivery basis to the destination stated.
- All delivery costs must be included in the bid price.
- Bid validity: 30 days from the closing date.
- Submissions must conform to Special Conditions: email Quotations@statssa.gov.za.
