## Summary

#### Overview
**The University of Fort Hare seeks quotations for the design, production, supply and delivery of departmental promotional and branding materials for the Department of Postgraduate Studies & Postdoctoral Fellowships.** Bidders should have branding/design, printing, and logistics capabilities and must meet UFH branding guidelines, with artwork approved by the department prior to production. The scope is defined in attached specifications for departmental promotional materials.

#### Requirements
- Proven branding/design and printing capabilities, with ability to provide at least two initial design concepts and electronic proofs prior to final production.
- Compliance with UFH procurement requirements: CSD registration, Original Tax Clearance, and BBBEE status, with related preference-point documentation.
- Production and delivery of a wide range of items per the specification (e.g., banners, backdrops, signage, branded materials, USB drives, folders, etc.) in accordance with UFH Corporate Identity Manual; artwork must be approved before production and final artwork owned by UFH.
- Prices must include design, branding, printing/manufacturing, packaging, transport and delivery; samples may be requested during evaluation.
- Submit required bid documents (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.2, SBD 8, SBD 9) and a Price Declaration/Form as part of the bid package.
