**Procurement of professional Civil Engineering services for planning, design and construction monitoring of approximately 24 km gravel road and river crossing at Rust de Winter Old State Land, Tshwane, Gauteng.** Bidders should be established civil engineering consultancies with registered professional engineers or technologists (ECSA), capable of delivering design, supervision and contract management, and meeting tax, insurance and qualification requirements.
#### Requirements
- Civil engineering service provider with fulltime supervision by a registered professional civil engineer or technologist (ECSA) and present Privy Seal verifiable certificates for all principals.
- Provide current registration certificates/numbers for all principals (and for any JV/consortium) as part of returnable documents.
- Professional indemnity insurance as specified in Contract Data.
- Attendance at compulsory clarification meeting (05 November 2026 on-site).
- Tax compliance status (SARS PIN/TCS or CSD number), with separate proofs for consortia/joint ventures.
- Submit all returnable documents (T2.1 List and T2.2 Schedules) including Form of Offer and Acceptance and required resolutions (PA-15.x).
- If claiming locality points, provide proof of Gauteng footprint (municipal account, lease, or ward councillor letter).
