## Summary

#### Overview
**The project is the proposed construction to completion of 3 sets of 4-door staff toilets with 3 for PWD at the Administration Police Camp.** Naivasha NG-CDF invites open tenders, open to all qualified bidders including AGPO (PWD) eligible bidders and those with National Construction Authority (NCA) registration category 8 or higher for building works.

#### Requirements
- AGPO (PWD) eligibility and NCA category 8+ for building works.
- Proof of business registration, Kenya Tax Clearance (or tax exemption), AGPO certificate, NCA registration/annual practicing license, and standard procurement prereqs.
- Tender must be in Kenyan Shillings and accompanied by a Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration.
- Complete tender documents with page serialization; include Form of Tender, schedules (BOQ), joint venture docs if applicable, authorization, and conformity/technical proposal (as per ITT).
