#### Requirements

- Certified copy of CR12 (within 12 months) and IDs/passports for directors
- Certified copy of valid single county government business permit
- Proof of previous similar works (Completion Certificate from Public Works)
- Duly filled SD1 and SD2 self-declarations
- Tender form completed, stamped, and submitted (and any JV documents if applicable)
