**Expression of Interest to lease office premises of ~3,660 sq ft in Goodlands to house the Proposed Integrated Regional Goodlands Labour Office and Employment Information Centre.** Proponents are proprietors/landlords with property in Goodlands who can demonstrate legal and financial capability to lease for an initial term of 3 years, renewable for a further 3 years. The project is funded by the Ministry of Labour and Industrial Relations (Labour Division).

- 3,660 sq ft (≈340 m2) located in Goodlands; accessible by public transport; disability access.
- Building features: single- or multi-storey; ramp or lift; emergency exit; CCTV and intruder alarm (or arrangements to provide them); 4 staff parking slots; 3 public parking slots; 1 disability parking.
- Rooms/utilities: 10 offices (2×≈15 m2; 8×≈10 m2), Mess, Reception, IT Corner, Multipurpose Conference/Training Room (≥20 persons), Server Room, Storage; Electricity, water with tank; telephone/Internet in all offices and reception; Internet in waiting area/IT Corner/conference room; ≥18 data points; 23 double electrical sockets (BS 1363).
- Amenities: 2 male and 2 female staff toilets; 1 male, 1 female, and 1 disabled-accessible public toilet; air conditioning in all offices/server room.
- Rental duration: available 01 January 2027; 3 years, renewable for 3 more.
