## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of Insurance Services for NG CDF Office Building, Motor Vehicle and Motorcycle under a Framework Contract (Webuye East), open to IRA-licensed Kenyan insurers.** The framework covers insurance for the NG-CDF Webuye East Office building and its motor fleet for one financial year 2026/2027, renewable based on satisfactory performance. Eligible bidders must be Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) registered insurers and meet mandatory/technical requirements including Tax Compliance Certificate, KRA PIN, valid business permit, and professional indemnity cover with insurer appointment as applicable. 

#### Requirements
- IRA registration as an insurance provider eligible to tender and sign contracts; Joint ventures allowed under ITT provisions. 
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate, KRA PIN, and valid business permit. 
- Ability to demonstrate qualifications to perform the contract as per Section III, Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. 
- Completion and submission of tender documents in prescribed formats: Form of Tender, Schedule of Prices, Tender Securing Declaration (where required), Confidential Business Questionnaire, Certificate of Independent Tender Determination, Declaration of not being debarred, Anti-Corruption Declaration, Code of Ethics, Power of Attorney, and proper serialization. 
- Sample Insurance Policy for each required insurance type; compliance with Insurance Act (IRA registration before contract signature). 
- Prices quoted in Kenya Shillings; tender validity and other contract terms as per the tender documents.
