- NCA registration for repair & maintenance works
- Evidence of physical registered office (utility bill or tenancy)
- Audited accounts for last two years
- Certified bank statements for last 6 months
- Letters of recommendation from three clients
- Certificates from relevant professional bodies (e.g., NCA, IATA, NITA, LSK)
- Health certificate for food handling (outside catering)
- Garages: approval letter from County Mechanical Officer
- Documentary proof of capability (qualifications, experience, equipment)
- Special Group Mandatory: AGPO certificate; PIN; Tax Clearance; Disability Council certificate
