#### Requirements
- Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include the CSD number and full CSD report.  
- Bidders must claim specific goals for the 20 preference points (80/20 framework) and provide proof.  
- Complete and sign Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms and return them with the quotation.
