## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of protocol and diplomatic practice training for SANSA staff (18 attendees) by a South African public university, to be delivered at SANSA Space Operations, Farm No 502JQ, Hartebeesthoek.**

This RFQ targets a two-day training program covering protocol, diplomacy, etiquette, multilateral contexts, and related topics, with completion certificates issued to attendees. The training provider must be a SA public university.

#### Requirements
- The supplier must be a South African public university.
- The facilitator(s) must have relevant training certificates and substantial years of practical protocol/diplomatic relations experience in the SA context; the facilitator must be a South African by naturalisation. The bid must attach the facilitator’s ID copy, CV/profile, qualifications, course overview, and a manual sample.
- Training duration: two days; delivered at SANSA Space Operations facilities in Hartbeesthoek; attendees receive certificates of completion.
- Compliance and administration: supplier must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with compliant tax status; provide a CSD registration summary; sign all pages; comply with POPIA; provide cost breakdown incl VAT; bid valid for 30 days; and submit proof for any BBBEE/priority-goal preferences if claimed.
- Evaluation will apply an 80/20 price-preference method (best value) and may include optional presentations or site visits as part of the evaluation.
