**Provide Coating and Lining for Kriel Condensers, Coolers, associated large bore pipework, water boxes and tube sheets for a period of 5 years on an as and when required.** The work targets coating/lining services for power-plant equipment, including condensers, coolers, waterboxes and tubesheets, suitable for experienced industrial coating/lining providers with compliance to Eskom’s tender rules and long-term maintenance programs.

#### Requirements
- Eligibility: comply with Tender Data; not under restriction to do business with Eskom or SOEs; no 100% subcontracting of the SOW.
- Demonstrated capability in epoxy coating and rubber lining for large-diameter plant components; track record in power generation or equivalent industrial facilities.
- Quality and safety: comply with Eskom SHE requirements (Annexure B) and provide QCP/ITP documentation (Quality Management evidence).
- Documentation: complete SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2) and local/CPA content declarations; provide pricing schedule in PDF and Excel; CIDB registration and local content evidence as applicable.
- Contract terms: operate under NEC3 TSC3 framework and Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender; maintain integrity and non-disruption to operations.
