## Summary

#### Overview
**Provide promotional material including the design, layout and printing of artwork on an “as and when” required basis for Johannesburg Water.** Bidders should be able to deliver end-to-end services (design, artwork, branding, printing and delivery) and comply with corporate identity guidelines, agreed specifications and turnaround times.

#### Requirements
- End-to-end promotional material service on an as-needed basis (design, layout, and printing).
- Submit a statement on the size and delivery method of items (delivery approach).
- Deliveries by road to the head office and relevant sites; provide labour and equipment for off-loading.
- Adherence to Johannesburg Water’s Corporate Identity and Brand Guidelines; availability for consultations and ad hoc meetings.
- Capacity, experience and resources to provide design, artwork, printing and delivery.
