## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision and Management of a PABX System for a 36-month period.** Knysna Municipality seeks an ICT/telecommunications vendor to provision, implement and manage a PBX system with ongoing support for 36 months, requiring PBX/system integration and managed services capabilities.

#### Requirements
- Bids must meet a minimum of 40 out of 60 functionality points to proceed to price/preference evaluation.
- Evaluation uses an 80/20 preference points system, in line with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and amendments.
- Bids must be submitted on issued bid documentation, sealed, clearly marked with bid number and title.
- Bids must be submitted to the SCM bid box by the specified deadline.
- No bids from persons in the service of the state.
- Bid validity period: 180 days.
- Late or unmarked bids will not be considered; bids opened on the same day.
