- CIDB registration and/or demonstrated capability to be registered within 21 working days after closing; proof of CIDB at closing is mandatory.

- CIDB Contract Skills Development Goals (CSDG) and Contract Participation Goals (CPG) applicable to civil/CE works; meet targeted enterprise engagement.  
- B-BBEE and CPA/local content requirements; complete Annexures C–G (local/import content declarations) and SBD forms (e.g., SBD 1, SBD 6.1/6.2) as attached.  
- Mandatory tender returnables must be complete; submit original and copies as required; ensure pricing is in ZAR and inclusive of taxes; fix pricing for contract duration.
