## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision for Policy Overhaul Project: EWSETA seeks a service provider to inventory, review and develop a Policy of Policies (PoP) and a Core/Non-Core policy framework, with knowledge transfer and board-ready outputs.** Bidders should have public-sector policy development experience, strong PFMA and Treasury Regulations knowledge, governance/compliance expertise, and preferably prior EWSETA or SETA engagement.

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in public-sector policy development
- Strong knowledge of PFMA and Treasury Regulations
- Corporate governance frameworks and legislative compliance
- Experience in organizational policy reviews or transformation projects
- Strong technical writing and analytical capability
- Experience with SETAs or similar entities an advantage
- Compliance prerequisites: CIPC registration, CSD/SARS tax clearance PIN, VAT status; B-BBEE certificate or affidavit; completion of SBD 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1; Annexure 5 (GCC) signed; Annexure 6 POPIA consent.
