#### Requirements
- Vessel and capability: Option 1 – Platform Supply DP2 vessel; Option 2 – DP2 PSV with integrated dive systems, ROV (work class), mixed-gas air dive, 9-man saturation system, diving to 200 m.  
- Compliance and registrations: be a PetroSA-approved supplier on the eProcurement Portal; register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database; upload POPI documentation; submit BBBEE proposal (SBD5) and related improvement plan.

- Evaluation: compliance with critical safety and performance criteria; evaluate deviations only if disclosed with evidence; price and BBBEE status determine preferential points (80/20 or 90/10).
